What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Minixtec electronic products come with an 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device malfunctions due to non-human error during this period, please contact us for a free replacement or repair service.
Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are thebuyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We typically process orders within1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We work quickly to get your order out the door! If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact our customer support team immediately at mailto:support@minixtec.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee changes once the package has entered the shipping process.
How do I track my package?

If you haven't received your tracking link within 3 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Absolutely. Our Visual Ear Pick features amedical-grade silicone tipand a specialized lens design that provides a wide field of view while maintaining a safe distance from the ear canal walls. The ergonomic handle ensures stability, preventing the tip from going too deep. It is designed to make ear cleaning safer and more precise than traditional blind scooping.
How do I connect the ear cleaner to my phone?
It connects effortlessly via built-in Wi-Fi. Simply download the companion app isee (available for iOS and Android), turn on the device, and connect your phone to the device's Wi-Fi signal directly. No internet connection is required for the device to function, and the video feed is transmitted in real-time with low latency.
Is the ear spoon waterproof and easy to clean?
Yes, the scooping end of the device is IPX7 waterproof. You can easily rinse the tips under running water after use. We also provide multiple replaceable silicone ear picks and tweezers in the kit, allowing you to switch tips for different family members to ensure maximum hygiene.
Can this be used on children?
Yes, the device comes with softer, smaller silicone tips specifically designed for children's narrower ear canals. However, we recommend that an adult always operates the device when cleaning a child's ears to ensure safety and proper handling.
